Deleted items view issue

I have one user who can not see their deleted items
[Exchange Server 2000] under Outlook 2003 beta but can
view them under Outlook XP. All other users can view all
folders under both versions of Outlook just fine. I have
reinstalled, deleted items and restored them, checked all
settings I can think of and nothing seems to help. Any
thoughts are appreciated.
