Who is your computer manufacturer? Try going to http://www.google.com
and enter the name of the manufacturer, Google should find the home
page. Open it and then look a link called "Contact Us" or something
similar, you should find email or telephone contact information to the
manufacturer's technical support site. They're probably the only ones
who can help you unless your computer came with restore discs, if so, a
destructive restore may be your best recourse. A destructive restore
is just that, it will put your computer back exactly like it was the
day you bought it so make sure you back up everything you want to keep
on to CDs before doing it.
