Deleted profile

I lost connectivity with my server, and deleted my profile in an effort to
reestablish. Is there a way to retrieve my profile with all my email and
contacts?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
