Deleting a published project

If I'm reading your question correctly you can delete by
going to the Admin menu and selecting Clean Up MSP
Database. On that page select the Projects and To-do
Lists radio button and check teh Delete the SP subweb for
the specified project. Select the project in the grid
and press the delete button.
