deleting documents name from "drop down file"

How do you delete the documents name from the drop down
file? Document1,2,3,4. all names need to be delelted.
can't figure it out. Have delete the document, but not the
file name.

kk,

Use the terminator hyphen. CTRL+ALT+hyphen key. Cursor
reverts to a thick black hyphen. Click the File menu and
then the file name you want terminated. Be careful as the
terminator kills indiscriminately. Use the ESC key to
terminate the terminator hyphen.
