Message is immediatly spooled when outlook is opened. How
can I disable spooling and delete the offending message?
This happens quite frequently. We're using Outlook 2002.

Try going offline - File, Work offline. Then delete it. You may need to restart
Outlook in offline mode for it to delete, but it's easier than changing the
delivery location.
