Hi I have vast colletion of rows.I need to keep on row and rest of the delete
rows based on two fields named as VersionNumber and PackingCode.Where
VersionNumber is always populated.
If PackingCode field is populated,I need to keep one row and delete the rows
that repeat.
If PackingCode field is not populated then keep one row and delete the rest.
