Deleting selected items from sent items automattiaclly

I would like to set up a rule whereby Outlook automatically
deletes items sent to a particular recipient after they are
sent.

In other words, I do not want mail sent to one particular
person, saved in my sent items, but I do want all other
sent mails saved in sent items.
