Deliverables state after complete

Hi,

When we use Deliverables in Project 2007, we can link the deliverable to a
specific task. My question is how can we know in the dependency project that
the task is completed and that the deliverable is done\completed? Is there a
way through the deliverables mechanism to indicate that it is indeed done?
