delivery failed error

hi

i was trying to send mail with a attachment of 600kb
(three jpeg files), but when i sent it in outbox and gave
a error that delivery failed error , it was still sitting
in the outbox , when tried again the error , repeated , i
tries 4 , 5 times , every time i got the same non delivery
error , still the message was sitting in the outbox,

but later to came to know that infact the mail had reached
recepient 5 times, i was quite perplexed , strangely the
mail is still sitting in the outbox, is this the probelm
with microsoft outlook r is this a probelm with the
attachment, cos other mails are going error free, why this
particular mail is giving error.

anybody kindly help me out ,
