Delivery to the following recipients has been delayed

I am experiencing problems to send e-mail to few addresses.
After few hours I receive back the message in subject and thenafter two days
this message follows: Could not deliver the message in the time limit
specified. Please retry or contact your administrator.
<mmsa.local #4.4.7>
Is it a problem on our system?
