Deregistering/Reregistering MS Office XP after selling my copy?

I bought MS Office XP for Teachers and Students directly from MicroSoft, and
now have purchased MS Office 2003 Professional. What instructions do I need
to give to the person I sell my MS Office XP to? i.e., How do they
Re-register the software, since it was originally registered to me?
