Design Wizard - Name Tag - Need bigger

I am making name tags that i want to be 2 1/2 X 3 1/4. I
am printing them on postcards (5.5 x 4.25)
When i am printing them they are coming out to small. I
think it has to do with being set up in the design wizard
as a name tag. How do i change or delete that name tag
selection in the wizard on my publication. I tryed to use
custom and it still comes out to small! Help!

If you are not using a merge, file, new from a design, postcards. Any information you
have in the present publication can be copied and pasted to the new.
