For my work I have designed and published a new contact
form for us to use. We plan on using this form to keep a
database of our customers. I have already entered 250
some odd customers with our old contact form. This new
form is advantageous because I have created fields for our
customers purchases and also a field for recording our
service to them.
How can I mass convert all of these old "regular" contacts
into the new form that we are going to use? How can I
make this form accessible thru the "File" drop down menu
without having to go to NEW and then CHOOSE FORMS and then
select the contact option and then hit OK?
