Desktop Toolbar

In Microsoft Office there use to be a toolbar that you could customize and have on you desktop and even have it appear at startup. However in MS Office 2003 I can't find it. Am I missing it, or is it no longer available?

No longer available. Either install one from an earlier version or use one
of the many third party alternates (these are suggestions, not

In Office 2003, the Office Toolbar is no longer available. Try using
the Windows QuickLaunch toolbar instead. You get it by right-clicking
on the Taskbar and selecting Toolbars. Make sure that there is a check
next to QuickLaunch.
