Desktop weblink Problem

A

Ajax

I used Internet Explorer to create a shortcut on my desktop to a web
address. (I am using XP-Pro). When I double-click on the shortcut,
instead of going to the web site, it instead goes to my Samsung
ML-2250 printer.

If I allow the printer to print, it will then print an image of the
web site.

Hyperlinks from everywhere else, Internet Explorer, Mozilla, MS Word,
Outlook, etc, all will activate the default browser and go to the web
address that is in the hyperlink.

What is causing hyperlinks in desktop to be sent to my printer?

TIA
