Internet Server Connection Error Message

When clicking a cell with a hyperlink to an internet site, an error message
informs me that an connection to a server could not be made. However, my
internet connection using my browser, or desktop shortcuts work fine. Also,
I am unable to connect to Microsoft online from Excel. However, I can
connect to Microsoft Online from my browser. The problems arose after my
antivirus software (Norton 360) detected a threat and blocked it.
