Developer tools for Form Elements?

Is there a toolkit or developer's kit to enable form elements? I'm looking for drop-down, scroll, etc that I can place on my spreadsheet. I did this easily under Windows, and the imported sheet works as expected, which leads me to believe there are tools available somewhere.

I need to create new spreadsheets, and don't want to go back to the Windows box every time I need to build a form.

Any thoughts?

Thanks!

Use the View/Toolbars/Forms toolbar to add/edit form elements.

Note that ActiveX controls created in WinXL will not work at all (though
they'll be visible) since ActiveX is a Windows only technology.
