I'm told that "Developing Visio 2003 Solutions" book is somewhere for free
in Microsoft web. Is that true. If yes would anyone giving me the link
please ?

The link you gave me is under MSVisio2002.

I'm very interested in the new version MSVisio03, since it has the ActiveX
MSVisio ability feature. Any update of this SDK Documentation for MSVIsio03
?????

If you wander up the tree on the left from that point, you will find a
reference to "Microsoft Office Visio 2003". Follow that link down to three
articles and the third will talk about ActiveX.

The content of DVS does not change much, so the Visio 2002 reference should
work for most questions.
