Visio 2016 Professional Engineering Shapes

I have installed Visio 2016 and am need to draw some HVAC and process drawings but I cannot find the engineering shapes that have always been part of previous versions of Visio I have used.

can anyone tellme if they are supposed to be in the Visio software. If not where do we source them.

Dissappointing that you cannot contact Microsoft toask such a simple question..
