Digital signature or installing, I dont want to do either, help me

We have over 300 2003 infopath based forms deployed using sharepoint, that we
need to convert to web based. We were planning to use infopath 2007 and the
latest sharepoint 2007. However, to do this it seems that the forms need to
be installed in the clients or have certificates. Our forms are used all
over the world in our company and the users just want to click on a link,
fill out the form and hit the submit button. No installing of of the form or
using certificates, (if you needed one for every form .. thats over 300,
unacceptable in our users eyes) They are spoiled at this point as it is a
click, fill and submit. We capture the data and store it in a SQL database
along with storing the complete xml of the form in another Database. Security
Auditotors can be mean. So, the question is, What is the easiest way to
deploy these 300 forms (all with custom code) using sharepoint and infopath
as web forms (so the clients dont have to have infopath installed). At this
point , I am starting to lean towards rewriting them as ASP. Any suggestions
would be greatly appreciated.
