I am using Outlook 2003 and installed a digital signature
from Verisign - whenever I send a message, I now get a
message telling me an application is tryiing to access a
protected item - is there a way to get rid of that dialog
box?

Hi,

When you downloaded your digital certificate from Versign, you set up security as low, medium or high. Since you are getting the warning, I believe this certificate must be set up with "medium"
security. For more information on digital security, please refer to Knowledge Base article

Hi - I checked the KB article you cited but do not find
anything about changing the security level in that article
nor am I able to locate anything in Outlook - perhaps I am
just missing something.

Any thoughts?

Thanks.
