Disable ctrl + click to folow links

Is there any way to disable the ctrl + click to follow
links feature in word? I would like to send out a document
that people do not have to hold down ctrl when they click
a link.
TIA

Hi, George,

There's a "Use Ctrl + Click to follow hyperlink" option in the Tools >
Options > Edit dialog. But it's something that's set by each user, not
something you can save and send out with your documents.

Even if you could change other users' settings, I'd advise against it.
If they're used to using Ctrl + Click, they won't appreciate having
you mess with it.

Is there a way to disable that large balloon window while editing a page in FrontPage that comes up whenever my cursor goes over a hyperlink? The windows says "Use Ctrl+Click to Follow Hyperlink" and the balloon or box of this unwanted reminder covers up the rest of the sentence or paragraph I'm editing. I can't seem to find a tools option to disable it.

Well, this isn't really a FrontPage NG, but in Word you do this by disabling
ScreenTips on the View tab of Tools | Options.
