Disable reminders for all incoming appointments

I apologize if this has been discussed but I did a search and could no
find it - it so please point me in the direction

The CEO would like all appointment reminders turned off.
I have disabled the reminders (Tools/Options/Other/Advanced/Reminde
Options) but when someone within the company sends him an appointment
they are sending it with a reminder set to "15 minutes" as the defaul
(Tools/Options/Preferences tab/Default Reminder). This is fine an
normal but what I want is for all incoming appointments to be strippe
of this reminder.
Even though it leaves person a's mailbox with a reminder, when it hit
the CEO's inbox I want that reminder removed.

I have searched the rules and I do not see anything that can help.
The closest I can get is Tools/Rules and Alerts/New Rule/Check message
when they arrive/which is a meeting invitation or update...
but this is as close as I can get

I did see somewhere on the internet (but cannot find now) where someon
posed a VBA code to put into Outlook that will set the reminders t
"False"
Is this the fix?
Do you know where I can find this again?
