Disable the Banned Attachments

Hello!

We have a antivirus server that is handleing all of our
banned attachments. Is there a way to disable the banned
attachments in Outlook 2002? We are currently running
Exchange 5.5 and will migrate over to Exchange 2002 but
that will happen in the next six months.
