DISABLED NUMBERED KEY PAD

There are three users on this computer. Two of the users are able to use the
numerical key pad on the keyboard. When the third user types, the numerical
key pad does not function. Who can help me out.

I assume that the third user has pressed the NumLock key to turn on
the numeric keypad.
