Disabling forwarding in the Out of Office Assistant.

Hi,

I know you can disable the "Out of Office Assistant" totally in
Exchange 5.5/Outlook, but can you disable just the forwarding part?

I want users to be able to add auto-replies, but not forward mail to
other users.
