Disappearing Data

I am running Windows XP Professional Edition with Windows
XP Office Standard Edition. I had a lot of data in
Outlook -- calendars, notes, and particularly contacts.
Now all of the data has disappeared. Outlook appears as
though it has never been used. I'm in a terrible bind,
because I need my data. help appreciated!

Enable hidden files and folders and search for a file with type .PST. Open
it with Outlook.
