disappearing e-mail

OL2002+Exchange5.5
User's e-mail auto-deletes as soon as she clicks on a
message to select it. Doesn't go to Deleted Items
folder. On that same W2K PC, different user: no
problems. Deleting/re-creating her OL profile didn't
help. Can't see any settings in Exchange that would cause
this. Anybody ever heard of such a "feature"?

It's probably a view. Go to View, Current View and make sure that the user
isn't set on Unread messages.
