Disc 2 wont Install Cant read MSBP.EXE

J

James

I have MS Office 2000 Pro. Had it installed on my old
computer just purchased a new one.

I can not install disk 2 (publisher and Buisness tools).
I get an error that the file MSBP.exe can not be read and
I have to cancell the install.

Any Ideas?

Is it possible to get a replacement Disc from MS?

Hi, James,

You might try cleaning the CD, or you might try copying it to your hard drive and installing from there.

You can contact Microsoft to see if replacements are available. You should contact your original equipment manufacturer (OEM) if you got it pre-installed with your computer.
