Discussion group is not working on the server

Hello,

I created a Web discussion group on my PC and now it is working on my
PC (thanks to the help I got here).
When I try to publish it on the server - I am getting a message that a
server does not support FrontPage extension.
But on the server I have an option to install FrontPage extensions. I
did it, and in my root directory it created some directories like:
_private, _vti_cnf, _vti_log and some others.
Using FTP I copied from my PC to the server all the files created by
FP for discussions, included all directories like: _vti...
But on the Web I still cannot post a message.
I noticed that a page that postes a message has HTML code:

<form method="POST" action="_vti_bin/shtml.exe/disc9_post.htm"
webbot-action="--WEBBOT-SELF--">

I noticed I have a file shtml.exe in vti_bin directory, I have a file
disc9_post.htm in my discussion group directory. After pressing a
"Post articule" button I am getting:

"The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for cannot be displayed because the page
address is incorrect. ".

Can sameone explain me what:
action="_vti_bin/shtml.exe/disc9_post.htm"

means?

"Using FTP I copied from my PC to the server....." and that's the problem.
You must use the http publish method to publish the web to the server. FTP
corrupts the extensions, and they'll have to be repaired or reinstalled.

Also, you don't take the _vti files from your local web. They do not
publish. The server extensions on the host server have their own version.
