Display a floating window in a slide

I want to know if it´s possible to have a button that displays a floating
window in the same slide in Powerpoint?

You can have a button that ....

.... reveals an image that looks like a floating window using triggered
animation.
.... fires up a VBA User Form.
.... links to an html page.

Are these close?
