Display or Screen Saver File corrupt

Unable to change current screen saver. File appears to
be missing. Example, I go to control panel, then right
click on display then open. The hour glass symbol starts
and goes off. Nothing happens. Same thing occurs when I
right click on screen. File appears to be missing.
