Display WW in Timescale

I would like to display the work week in the Timescale. Not just weeks until end of project or beginning, etc. and I suppose I could set a project that is 1 year long and that would scale it, but is there a way to display the workweeks regardless of projects (ala Outlook)?

Try this two step process.

1. Project | Project Information and set the start date to January 1.
2. Double-click on the Timescale and choose an appropriate weekly heading.
