Displaying £ and $

I wish to show both £ and $ in the same schedule, is it possible to introduce
the exchange rate as a calucltation to show both of these values.

Phil,
Of course, but you will have to show one of the monetary values in a
custom field. Although a spare Cost field may seem appropriate, the
currency symbol is determined by the Tools/Options setting and will
therefore track with the normal Cost field. I suggest a spare Text field
where you can insert the appropriate currency symbol. You probably also
want to roll up the formula to Summary Lines.

Phil,
You're welcome. For the next step, set up a custom text field with a
formula similar to the following:
Text1="$" & 0.75*[Cost]
Assuming a 0.75 pound to dollar exchange rate.
