Further research has come up with nothing ... apparently
all controls in a continous form will have the same
properties. The closest I've come is using unbound text
boxes and the very limited capibilites in the Access2000
for conditional formating -- limited to font bold, color,
and etc. changes.
For Access97 you might want to explore how to format
unbound text boxes under the "Format by Criteria" at this
