displaying htm

I have a document which is scanned in PDF format. It is saved as .htm.
I've imported
it into a folder which I named as "htm folder" in Frontpage. I put a
hyperlink field on the web page and have it looking in the folder "htm
folder". I publish the page and when I click on the hyperlink field, I
just get a little red 'x'. When I check the properties, it is correct.
Everything is looking in the right place. Now when I use a PDF
formatted file of the same document, it opens up like it should. Any
Ideas?

When you created the PDF as a htm page it may have generated several images
files to the same folder, make sure you IMport that entire folder.

Then make sure you're path is correct to the htm page within your web.

I just tried it with Acrobat and it works perfectly...actually I was kinda
surprised.

I can't get it to work for me. I'm using Acrobat 7.0. I tried saving
as 3.2 and 4.1 htm file which Acrobat gives those as options. I don't
see any other file it created. Also, when I try to open it on the
desktop, it opens up just like it should from the desktop. I even took
it out of the htm folder so it wouldn't have to look at that folder. I
did use the import in Frontpage, the same as I did with PDF. I think
the red x is telling me it isn't there.

either don't have Acrobat or find it cumbersome.... I don't know why it
won't work as

Got it..... Rob, I didn't see the "Settings" at the bottom of
Acrobat when I
choose to save as htm file. It opens, and there you select where you
want the pictures to go. It was going to the image folder on my c
drive. And I didn't realize it. I'm Happy... Thanks a ton.

The path...it's all in the path grasshopper.
