The company I work for has a licence to distribute the MS Access 97 with our
products but recently we have found that we need to upgrade our users'
conversion filters. Can we leagally distribute, and our users install, the
latest MS Office Converter Pack?
I have checked the converter pack's EULA and it is a little vague. It states
that the pack can leagally installed so long as the person installing it has
a valid licence for the original software. Does this mean that the a full
licenced edition of Office must be installed on computer the computer where
the pack is to be installed? Or is it enough that the user has a copy of
Access 97 runtime?
