Our old email package would allow you to choose a
distribution list, open it and remove those from that list
that you did not wish to send an email to. For example,
the list contains 50 names but 4 names you don't want the
email to go to. How do you do that in Outlook? We are
using Outlook 2000. It seems like it wants to modify the
list permanently to do that instead of this email only.
