Distribution Lists within Outlook

Is there a cap on how many contacts you can have in a
distribution list? I have about 250 and it won't let me
save anymore. It displays a message stating that it has
been moved or deleted. I tried moving it to a personal
folder then back and it still won't work.

Any suggestions?

The only information I could find on limitations of Distribution Lists was
for Outlook 2000, her is a link to articles that talk about it,
