Distribution lists

I am trying to create distribution lists and when I
choose new members, Outlook shows fax numbers as opposed
to email addresses. I find this also to be true if I am
composing a single email address and click on contact's
name in address book. Any suggestions?

The DL dialog box will show all valid electronic addresses, not just fax
numbers. If your Contacts do in fact have valid email addresses, they will
appear in that dialog.
