DIVIDED TIMELINE STENCIL

Visio 2003 - I am trying to produce a nice schedule by visio....I had the
Divided Timeline stencil used for a dynamic behaviour of the schedule yet
since the Project propose is 5 years and may be subjected to another 2 year
extension ...total 7 years chart scheduling is expected....When I try to test
drive the stencil with a monthly based marker lines, the stencil do not
work-out,...after test drive...I found out that the divided timeline - on
interim months - is good only for 5 years....Can any bright developer share
me a divided timeline stencil good enough for at least 7 to 10
years....thanks for reading...

You might edit years by right click and select menu date option.
Date option might appear if you would click the rectangle of last year
and would right click.

From Visio 2003 standard Timeline Shape
Drag Divided Timeline in the visio sheet
I click Timeline>Configure Timeline>Time Period
Enter this date
from : 1/1/2007
to : 12/31/2013
scale : months
Time Format :
"Show interim time scale markings on timeline" - this slot is gray dimmed
and cannot be checked....
please help...
