dlg DLL Message

I have just upgraded to office 2003 Professional. While
using Publisher I have got a dialog box titled dlg DLL
Message with the message "Version Error of ucf file" with
an OK button. There appear to be no adverse effects and
clicking OK clears the box again with no apparent effect.
Does anyone know why this might be and how I stop it.
