Do I need to purchase another copy of Office for a new computer?

I ordered a new computer to replace my main one. I have Office Student
Teacher edition, which had 3 installs. I used one on my machine and the
other two for my children's computers. Do I need to buy more software now
that I am upgading my computer or can I transfer from one to the other?

If you uninstall it from one of the others you may. You may only have 3
installations total.

OK - do I need to download all Office work to something prior to the
uninstall? And when i install it to the new computer, will the original key
code be sufficient? Thanks for your help!

Office uninstall will not impact on data, though data backups are allways
wise.
Uninstall on old
Reinstall on new
If on line activation doesnt, use phone activation & explain
Use same/origonal Key
Update after install.
Move, in whatever way you choose, data files to new PC.
