Do I need to reinstall office 2003 it seems to be opening email slowly

My installation of outlook 2003 seems to be very unresponsive. It
delays/hangs (slightly) when opening and replying to email, this is not/was
not the
case with 2002, and it is definitely much slower. It is still functioning
but just seems very slow in replying, forwarding. Any suggestions.

Without playing a game of "20 Questions," I cannot specifically help
you with the performance of Office 2003. We need to know things like what
kind of computer are you using? Are you on a local area network? Have you
upgraded anything else along with Office 2003? Did you attempt to customize
the installation? Is the installation the same as with Office 2002? Did you
remove 2002 from you machine before installing 2003? Have you installed any
other, seemingly benign software?
Ponder some of these things and respond back to this newsgroup.
