I'm using a WinXP-Pro PC, and had to re-format drive and re-install
everything, including re-installing my old, trusty FrontPage 2002. I was
looking at some settings I'd made *before* the re-format, and noticed that
in "Add/Remove Windows Components", I had *previously* selected for Windows
to install...
[X] Internet Information Services
Not everything under this was installed... there are sub-choices under the
"Details" button like...
[ ] common files
[ ] FTP
[ ] Frontpage 2000 server extensions
etc.
Do I need to re-install any or all of IIS? Is there something I can/can't
do in FrontPage if I do/don't install it? Will FrontPage "warn" me to
install IIS, or will something just "not work" and I won't know why...
Thanks,
George
