Do not download emails from server

I used to use outlook express 6, where in the "tools -
message rule" section, it's possible to delete or not
download unwanted emails from the server. However since
switching over to "Outlook 2000" I can see nothing in
the "tools" section that allows me to perform the same
task. Could anyone please tell me if there is a solution
to this problem. Many thanks.

Check under Tools / Rules Wizard and see what you can do with that.

Thanks I already tried that but unfortuantely the rule
that does this in outlook express is not in Outlook
