i would just like to know if there is a simple business expense worksheet
somewhere , that is not excel

This is an Access newsgroup. Do you plan to create an Access database to
handle your expenses? Do all of your users have Access on their computers?

Microsoft has an "Expense Report Database" in the "Template" area of their
website.

Beckmo,
I wrote an intermediate DB for expense. I would be glad to forward for your
review. Some fields may need altered to fit your needs. This could be done.
No guarantees, but it works great for me. Contact me if you are interested.
I was a newbie when I created the DB and completed with help from newsgroups.
Maybe you can use mine as a template to build your own from scratch. Just an
offer.
