document imaging, colors reversed

Hi,

I got a problem with viewing *.tiff documents in MS office Document Imaging.
When I open the file, the black letters are white and the whithe background
is black. This is somekind of irritating to read

When the same file is opened on a other PC, there is no problem. When I open
the file with windows viewer, the file opens as it should and not as a
negative.

Is there sombody who knows a sollution for this? I couldn't find a function
in the programm to reverse it.
