document imaging doesn't work well

does anybody know how do i make "Microsoft Office 2003's "Document Imaging"
work with HP's officeket 6100's ADF? I've tryed virtually all possible
settings, but the "Document imagaging" isn't controling this scanner
(all-in-one) as it should. after the first page it stops, and doesn't go to
the next page. he declares that there is a hardware problem. I belive it is
connected to the drivers the "document imaging" is using (the TWAIN ones, i
believe).
Did anybody experienced that?
